Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Sharm-el-Sheikh

We meet you in Sharm-el-Sheikh airport and transfer you to your hotel in Dahab (approx 1&1/2 hours). An extension to the Pyramids, Sphinx and Museum in Cairo is available if you wish.

Day 2: Dahab

We take you to the dive centre this morning where we will introduce you to the team there. They will go through the various components of the Rescue Diver course with you and then you will begin the course after this.

Day 3: Dahab

The Rescue Diver course is one of the more challenging PADI courses but also one of the more rewarding courses too. During the course you will learn various methods of rescuing divers and also various techniques for self rescue. By the end of the course you will be a more confident & safer diver.

Day 4: Dahab

You continue the course today by practicing further rescue skills for divers both at the surface and also underwater. Your instructor will show you how to deal with exhausted & panicked divers and also the different ways you can deal with any situation.

Day 5: Dahab

Today is the last day of the rescue diver course and you will put all the skills and knowledge you have learnt over the last few days into practice. Your instructor will improvise various rescue scenarios and assess you on the way you react and deal with each of the situations. There is also some theory and a final exam to sit before you can become a qualified rescue diver.

Day 6: Dahab

This will be your last day of diving today as 24 hours must be allowed after your last day before you fly. You can pre-book extra dives with the dive centre whilst in Dahab. If you still have any theory to go over then your instructor may ask you to complete this today.

Day 7: Dahab

Today is left free for you to relax after the course or you can try out some of the other activities and options available in Dahab, such as the Jeep Safari to the Colored Canyon or a day tour to Petra in Jordan.

Day 8: Dahab

Your time is free today until we transfer you to Sharm-el-Sheikh airport in time for your flight home.
